SING, UNBURIED, SING introduces strong African-American characters who populate a farm on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This powerful story follows a young man who tries to cope although his grandmother is dying, his toddler sister needs his attention, and his drug-addicted mother occasionally shows up and disrupts life in general. His grandfather tries to teach proper action when the white father is released from prison.
