BUTTERMILK GRAFFITI is a culinary tour of the United States dedicated to finding the new and exciting food fusions the American melting pot continues to create. From Lowell, Massachusetts to New Orleans, Edward Lee interweaves the stories of immigrants and the dynamic twists they're making on American food culture, as well as providing forty recipes embodying both. In the vein of luminaries like Anthony Bordain, Edward Lee isn't just a world-class chef: he's also a world-class writer.
