FRANK STITT'S SOUTHERN TABLE is renowned chef Frank Stitt's first cookbook, focusing on his flagship restaurant Highlands Bar & Grill's signature melding of French cooking techniques with Southern recipes and ingredients. Many of the recipes are pulled straight from Highlands' James Beard award-winning tables, and focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients while they are in season.
