Hardbacks of this classic have been out of print for almost two decades until we brought it back in partnership with the publisher and our friends at Page and Palette. It is a new, unread first edition thus, opened only for signing and comes with a certificate authenticating the signature. Published for the Alabama Booksmith in September, 2014 by Doubleday, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
